At Mezzanine Time we are committed to maintaining each client's privacy.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products are brand new.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website.
However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
RESERVATION(S)
We do not provide reservation services.
Priority goes to buyer who makes payment first.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCT(S)
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgment.
Once your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct.
We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
> The product ordered being unavailable from stock
> Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
> The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
PAYMENT
Payment is to be made into our Malaysian Maybank Account.
Account details shall be provided after orders are confirmed.
We accept payment via PayPal.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge, unless stated otherwise.
All payments are to be made into our Malaysian Maybank Account or Pay Pal Account within a period of 12 hours
In an event we fail to receive payment within the time given, the product(s) will be put out back on sale immediately.
Please ensure that you email us a copy of the transaction as proof and for us to acknowledge payment
> For online banking: copy of the successful transaction record
> For ATM deposits: scanned or a digital image of the deposit slip
A confirmation email will be sent when payment is received.
Further information for overseas customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate at that point of time.
Customers outside Malaysia will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently offer two delivery options for Malaysian citizens : Post Express or Post Laju.
We aim to deliver your orders within 1-2 business days (Monday- Friday) excluding public holidays.
Tracking codes shall be informed via email thereafter.
We ensure utmost care is taken when packing and getting your order(s) shipped.
We shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipment.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently only offer standard delivery to all countries outside of Malaysia.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds or exchange of product(s).
RESTOCKING
Upfront and full payment is required prior to restocking products.
In the event that the particular product cannot be restocked, a full refund will be done.
PRE ORDER(s)
What is Pre Order?
A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.
2. Delivery will be done within 2-3 weeks* time.
3. Only fully paid orders will be taken into account.
4. In the event a paid order is discontinued, refund will be done accordingly.
5. All pictures and descriptions of items are displayed as accurately as possible. Please allow some degree of differences.
*Please allow for unexpected delays in delivery due to customs, shipping & etc.
